1. All Vouchers including gift vouchers and charity auction vouchers

• Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, unless otherwise stated.

• Charity action vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of auction.

• Vouchers are redeemable for Moon Dogs photography services only and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Vouchers are non-refundable once purchased.

• Vouchers are transferable and may be gifted to another person.

• Only one voucher may be redeemed per session, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Vouchers must be redeemed at the time of booking and are subject to availability.

• If a session booked with a voucher is cancelled with insufficient notice (see cancellations below), the voucher may be forfeited.

2. Bookings, Sessions & Weather

• All sessions are subject to availability and confirmation by Moon Dogs.

• Outdoor photography sessions are weather dependent. In the event of unsafe or unsuitable conditions, sessions may be rescheduled at no additional cost.

• Moon Dogs reserves the right to reschedule a session if conditions are deemed unsafe for dogs, owners, or equipment.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for rescheduling.

• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of the session or voucher, unless otherwise agreed.

• We understand life with dogs can be unpredictable and aim to approach each situation with fairness and care.

4. Photography & Image Delivery

• The number of edited images included will be outlined at the time of booking.

• Additional images may be purchased separately.

• Edited images are delivered within the agreed timeframe after final selections are received.

• Raw/unedited images are not provided.

5. Use of Images (Image Usage & Model Release)

• Moon Dogs retains the copyright to all images captured during sessions.

• Moon Dogs may use images for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, and promotional purposes.

• This may include photographs of dogs and, where applicable, owners.

• If you prefer your images not be used publicly, please notify us in writing prior to or at the time of your session. We fully respect this choice.

• Images will never be sold to third parties.

6. Client Responsibility & Dog Safety

• Owners are responsible for their dog’s behaviour at all times during the session.

• Dogs must be healthy, vaccinated, and safe to interact with people and other dogs where applicable.

• Moon Dogs is not responsible for incidents arising from dog behaviour beyond reasonable control.

• Long leads may be used and removed in post-production where appropriate.

7. Privacy

• Personal information collected (such as names, contact details, and session notes) is used solely for the purpose of providing our services.

• Your information is never sold or shared with third parties.

• Image usage is governed by this Terms & Conditions document.

8. Agreement

By purchasing/securing a valid voucher, booking a session, or participating in a Moon Dogs photography session, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
